SHIPPING / DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

IMPORTANT: 

International orders to some destinations outside the UK might result in additional duties, fees or taxes. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment by the customer may be necessary to release the order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office. If an order is sent back to our UK base because the import fees were not cleared, the customer is liable to any additional costs, including the cost of returning the parcel back to our UK base.

UK:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS

EU:

ORDERS ABOVE £85  → FREE SHIPPING

ORDERS UNDER £85 → £13 

USA & CANADA: 

ORDERS ABOVE £130 → FREE SHIPPING

ORDERS UNDER £130 → £18

 

REST OF WORLD:

ORDERS ABOVE £250 → FREE SHIPPING

ORDERS UNDER £250 → £20

 

All orders are shipped out using a track and trace delivery service. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where the courier can obtain a signature. Any changes to your order please contact us as soon as you can. If you would prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement with DHL On-Demand Delivery, so that the parcel can be left in a chosen place. Please note that if you choose to release signature delivery, Mokomiro Ltd and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

 We hold no liability for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matter to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour, disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
